Mumbai: Actor Abhimanyu Singh is set to feature in “Annaatthe”, the next movie of megastar Rajnikanth, Sun Pictures announced on Saturday.
The film is written and directed by Siva who is known for movies like “Siruthai”, “Vedhalam” and “Viswasam”.
In a tweet, the production banner Sun Pictures said,”#AbhimanyuSingh joins the cast of #Annaatthe @rajinikanth @directorsiva #Nayanthara @KeerthyOfficial @immancomposer.”
Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff and Prakash Raj are other actors in the film.
Singh had made a big-screen debut with the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s “Aks” released in 2001. He has also worked in films like “Rakta Chaitra”, “I Am”, “Mom”, “Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela”, “Gulaal”, “Jannat” and “Lakshya”.
“Oxygen”, “Amar Akbar Anthony” and “Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru” are films from the South in which Singh has worked.
