Kishan Reddy stresses on negotiations to resolve Manipur’s problems

Hyderabad: Union Minister of Tourism and Culture, G Kishan Reddy, on Sunday emphasized that the problems of Manipur can be resolved through negotiations.

Speaking to reporters at the BJP state headquarters in Hyderabad, Reddy stated that resorting to violence would not lead to any solution. He highlighted the destructive impact of violence on both public and private property.

Reddy noted that the central government had allocated Rs.5,500 crores for the development of Manipur and that developmental projects were progressing at a rapid pace.

He urged the youth and people of Manipur to cooperate with the government and shun violence.
