Jammu: The administrations on Monday ordered closure of all schools in view of heavy rains in twin Doda and Ramban districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
A senior official in Ramban district said that all government and private schools up to class eighth (middle level) in Ramban District shall remain closed in view of heavy rains.
However, examination if any, shall be held as per schedule, he added.
Meanwhile district administration Doda has also ordered for closure of schools for the day amid ongoing heavy rains in the district.
As a precautionary measure amid the ongoing rains, we have ordered for closure of all the schools, government and private included, in the district”, said an official.
“However, if there are any exams, those shall be held as per schedule”, he said.
