Srinagar: A joint delegation of Kashmir Road Safety Foundation and White Globe Trust called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Wednesday at Raj Bhawan.
The members of the delegation led by Nasir Ali Khan briefed the Lt Governor on the endeavours of their organizations for spreading awareness on road safety and engaging youth in various constructive activities.
Muhammad Aaqib Renzushah, Youth leader and Corporator, Srinagar Municipal Corporation apprised the Lt Governor about various youth-related issues of his constituency.
Later, Manzoor Bhat, BJP leader, also called on the Lt Governor and put forth the issues related to promotion of heritage tourism in Shahr-e-Khas area of Srinagar.
Mir Junaid, President, Jammu & Kashmir Workers Party (JKWP) apprised the Lt Governor about various issues of public importance including implementation of languishing projects in Kupwara district.
