Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday booked three anti-national activists under Public Safety Act (PSA) in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The three accused have been identified as Tawseef Ahmad Parray alias Gasha of Andergam Pattan, Ghulam Mohammad Lone alias Gulla of Lachipora Uri and Shahzad Ahmad Malik alias Shad Ponz of Singhpora Pattan.
Police said acting tough against anti national activists, Baramulla Police booked three persons under PSA after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority.
They were detained and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jail Jammu, police added.
Many cases are registered against these persons and were involved in Anti-National Activities, police said and added that despite their involvement in many FIR’s they did not mend their activities.
