Ganderbal coaching centers disappointed over closure

Ganderbal: Ganderbal Coaching Centres Association has expressed disappointment over the government’s decision to close the coaching centres in the wake of an increase in COVID cases.

“If there is a slight increase in COVID cases, the education sector becomes the first casualty. We fail to understand why the government seems to be keen to close down the education sector in the wake of even a slight increase in COVID cases,” Bilal Ahmad, President Coaching Centres Association Ganderbal said, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO).

Bilal said the order has once again affected the career of the students as they have been kept from formal schooling for quite a long time.

“We had assured the administration that all the necessary SOPs were followed and shall be followed,” Bilal said.

“As far as the online system of teaching is concerned, it has affected more than being beneficial. Offline system of teaching prepares the future leaders of a nation in the most conducive way,” he said.

“Offline mode is the better mode of learning education. The coaching centres will adopt all preventive measures and conduct vaccination of all students besides ensuring CAB,” said another teacher—(KNO
