Jammu : Police on Sunday said that it registered a complaint lodged at PP Manwal by the legal heirs about a girl on May 14 vide DD No. 13 Dated 14-05-2023 , adding therein that the said girl had gone missing from her home and an investigation has been initiated into the case.
In a statement issued from District Police Jammu Police said special police teams of Police Post Manwal led by SDPO Nagrota Akash Kohli assisted by I/C PP Manwal PSI Sanjeev Sharma did hectic efforts and finally traced the missing girl.
Police in it’s above statement further said that the family of the missing girl was informed and the traced girl was handed over to her family members after completing all the legal formalities.
